Originally hailing from Venezuela, Devorah Rose is a girl who entered kindergarten in the United States not knowing a word of English yet went on to work towards bachelors and masters degrees from an Ivy League university in the study and writing of English-language literature. The daughter of a French-Venezuelan mother and a Guatemalan father, Devorah was taught to appreciate and respect human differences, a broad spectrum of cultures, and the magic of languages.

At an early age, she earned the opportunity to lead Social Life Magazine as Editor-in-Chief. She worked tirelessly to improve Social Life, spearheading a redesign that has been described as “classic,” “insightful,” and “provocative.” During her young career, Devorah has worked with cover-stars including Kim Kardashian, Kellan Lutz, Lydia Hearst, Ciara, Rachel Hunter, Whitney Port, Alexandra Richards, and Dylan Lauren, to name a few.

In addition to her work at Social Life, Devorah has gained notoriety for her appearances on television shows such as The Real Housewives of New York City, NYC Prep, The Fashionista Diaries, and MTV’s MADE. Now, with the arrival of the CW’s High Society, Devorah looks forward to continuing her work across all forms of media – but these are just some of her many American Dreams.
